Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below carefully.

Return Request Window

You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests initiated within 3 days of delivery are eligible for a bank refund.
  • Requests initiated after 3 days and up to 7 days are eligible for an exchange only.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as bank refunds or store credit.
  • Bank refunds apply only to requests initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and successfully inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect after approval.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from delivery.
  • You may exchange your item for any other product available on our website.
  • Any price difference must be settled prior to dispatch of the exchanged item.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.

Condition of Products

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging intact
  • With the original tag intact and not removed from the piece

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Shipping

As we do not offer a reverse pickup facility, customers are required to arrange their own courier for returning the product.
All return and exchange shipments must be sent at the customer’s own cost.

We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items loss or damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Please email us with your order ID number to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • Once approved, our team will share the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Kindly courier the product to our location, securely packed in bubble wrap.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with a bank refund (if eligible) or store credit/exchange, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
